Once you have identified a vacancy that you wish to apply for, please complete the online application form which is managed through our recruitment system. In addition, we are always happy to receive speculative applications from those interested in legal support assistant positions.

Initial assessment

If shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in an initial telephone interview with a member of the HR Team, so that we can find out more about, your skills and background and so as to enable you to find out more about us. If successful at that stage, you will next be invited to complete a short skills assessment session in your nearest office location.

If you are successful after the initial assessment, you will be invited back to attend a structured interview with a partner from your practice area and a member of the HR Team. You will also have the opportunity to tour the office and meet your team.
