We have a clear learning and development strategy in place that is aligned to the firm's business plans and overall strategy. We focus on enabling and enhancing performance by looking at three key areas of capability: core capabilities for your role, client development in terms of quality of advice and service and building exceptional client relationships, and finally, commercial business management skills.
Following on from this, all our lawyers, from legal executives to legal directors, have access to development programmes that support their career development and progression. Each individual programme is tailored to the relevant stage in your legal career, with an eye to career progression.
